Data for Optimal transitions between non-equilibrium steady states

This Dataset is organized in order to fit the figures presented in the paper "Optimal transitions between non-equilibriumsteady states" published in PNAS. For each figure a seperate data folder is provided, except for Fig 3 and 5 for which the data for both is included in the folder named after Fig 3.In These folders the raw and some post-processed data is included. Further in the evaluation folder in a similar structure the scripts used to evaluate the raw data and further processed datasets are provided. Additionaly a short cookbook in each subfolder gives a short overview of the purpose and outcome of each individual scirpts.
