Genome annotation dataset for Taxillus sutchuenensis

This dataset contains the final structural annotation file (GFF3) of the chromosome-level genome assembly of Taxillus sutchuenensis. The gene annotation was generated using EVM and PASA by integrating multiple lines of evidence, and includes complete structural information for all predicted genes and transcripts (genes, mRNA, CDS, UTRs, etc.). This dataset provides a foundational resource for functional genomics and comparative genomic studies of this hemiparasitic plant species.
