This dataset contains the assembled genome sequences of 1,665 HuiNET Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from China, including 1,174 Illumina-only assemblies and 491 hybrid Illumina–ONT assemblies. Illumina-only genomes were assembled de novo using Unicycler, whereas hybrid genomes were assembled from ONT long reads using multiple assemblers, with the best draft selected by N50, followed by polishing with Racon and Pilon. Polished assemblies were circularized using Circlator.
