The aim of this project is to conduct a de novo transcriptome analysis of eggplant leaves that have been inoculated with two specific fungal species, Glomus macrocarpum and Funneliformis mosseae. By analyzing the complete set of RNA molecules in the leaves, the researchers aim to uncover the molecular mechanisms underlying the symbiotic relationship between the fungi and the eggplant plants.
