As of July 2023, China was the country with the largest clean power capacity worldwide, with a total of approximately 1.27 terawatts of renewable and nuclear energy installed as of that time. The United States, India, Japan, and Brazil followed. However, these countries were not among the ones with the cleanest power grids worldwide.
