<b>Abstract</b><br>This paper proposes a unified theoretical framework addressing the P vs NP problem by combining three original hypotheses: the <b>Double Negation Hypothesis</b>, the <b>n-1 Hypothesis</b>, and the <b>Linguistic Hypothesis</b>. These are integrated with the principles of <b>temporal division</b> and the concepts of <b>neglected and observable time</b>.
