RNA-seq data of leaf samples from Cyclocarya paliurus under drought stress

Cyclocarya paliurus is an endangered medicinal plant of the genus Cyclocarya within the family Juglandaceae, and its leaves have been widely used for the development of healthy tea and medicine with a variety of pharmacologically bioactive components. As the climate warms and droughts become more frequent, the aim of our study was to discover genes response to drought stress in Cyclocarya paliurus.
