分析员工每月食堂刷卡的次数,每月支付就餐的总金额,每月购买套餐的金额和次数,根据相应的权重计算出员工的活跃度,从而对员工进行分类,方便公司后期为员工提供更合适的套餐。由食堂就餐刷卡管理系统采集员工每月刷卡的次数、支付就餐的总金额、购买套餐的金额和次数,对采集到的原始数据进行处理,基于每月刷卡的次数a,总金额b,每月购买套餐的金额c,每月购买套餐的次数d,四个维度对员工活跃度进行评价,员工活跃度=a*k1+b*k2+c*k3+d*k4,k为权重,采用主观赋权法,通过AHP层次分析法以及建立层次结构模型,采用算术平均法求得k1为0.3,k2为0.1,k3为0.3以及k4为0.3,活跃度得分大于180为 "高活跃用户",用户活跃度得分在130-180的为 "中活跃用户",用户活跃度得分小于130为 "低活跃用户"。

This dataset is designed to analyze employees' monthly canteen swipe counts, total monthly dining payment amounts, monthly meal package purchase amounts and frequencies, calculate employee activity levels with corresponding weights, and classify employees, so as to enable the company to provide more suitable meal packages for employees in the later stage. The raw data is collected by the canteen dining swipe management system, including monthly swipe counts, total dining payment amounts, meal package purchase amounts and frequencies, and then processed. Employee activity level is evaluated based on four dimensions: monthly swipe count (a), total dining payment amount (b), monthly meal package purchase amount (c), and monthly meal package purchase frequency (d), with the calculation formula: Activity Score = a*k1 + b*k2 + c*k3 + d*k4, where k represents the weight coefficients. The subjective weighting method is adopted, where the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and hierarchical structure model are used, and the weight coefficients k1=0.3, k2=0.1, k3=0.3, k4=0.3 are obtained via the arithmetic mean method. Employees are divided into three categories according to their activity scores: "highly active users" for scores greater than 180, "moderately active users" for scores ranging from 130 to 180, and "low active users" for scores less than 130.
