10 male C57BL6/J mice were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 5 per group) and treated with vehicle or streptomycin and underwent the touch panel operant system task. Their feces were collected and fecal bacterial DNA was extracted. The V1-V2 region of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene was amplified by PCR. Next-generation sequencing was performed using an Ion PGM system.
