Pluripotency state transition of embryonic stem cells requires the turnover of histone chaperone FACT on chromatin

To explore how SSRP1-Q265K affects the interaction between FACT and histones, we performed in vivo eGFP IP, in vitro GST and Flag pull-down. The results showed that SSRP1-Q265K enhanced the interaction between FACT and H3-H4. The original signals of each assay was shown.
