Gene:Bg Ratio indicates the number of genes annotated to a pathway within the specific list of differential genes among the 509 major contributors that are included in the database (i.e. 201 for IC1) versus the number of genes annotated to a pathway within the background. Background considers all differential genes included in KEGG database which corresponds to 1905 elements among 5084 differential genes. Pathways are sorted based on their adj p-val (FDR correction) coded as *** Up-reg indicates the percentage of differential genes annotated to the specific pathway being up-regulated.
