PIA focus on integrating multi‐omics data of tea plant and establishing their inner network to assist the tea community for better genetic resources exploration.The current release of TPIA employs the comprehensively annotated tea plant genome as framework and incorporates with abundant well-organized transcriptomes, gene expressions (across species, tissues and stresses), orthologs and characteristic metabolites determining tea quality.PIA 聚焦于整合茶树的多组学数据（multi‐omics data）并构建其内部调控网络，旨在助力茶学界更好地开展遗传资源发掘工作。当前发布的 TPIA 以全面注释的茶树基因组（genome）为核心框架，整合了大量经过系统整理的转录组（transcriptomes）、涵盖跨物种、不同组织及胁迫条件的基因表达数据、直系同源基因（orthologs）以及决定茶叶品质的特征代谢物（metabolites）。
