Pathogen dynamics in shrimp aquaculture pond through shotgun metagenomics

The study examines pathogen dynamics in shrimp aquaculture pond located in Chaital, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. In this study, we employ a comprehensive shotgun metagenomic approach to understand the microbial communities and their function within different environmental compartments (sediment and water) of a shrimp aquaculture pond and shrimp tissue.
