Survey of genomic varation between virulent and avirulent Meloidogyne incognita isolates

We sequenced in duplicates Illumina genome data for 2 couples of virulent and avirulent strains of the root-knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita.The virulent strains are defined regarding the Mi1 resistance genes in tomato. Each virulent strain has been obtained by experimental evolution from avirulent progrenitors.Description of the 4 strains:1- M. incognita Morelos (Mexico) avirulent strain2- M. incognita Morelos (Mexico) derived virulent strain3- M. incognita Kursk (Russia) avirulent strain4- M. incognita Kursk (Russia) derived virulent strain
