We accomplished the m6A landscapes at single-base resolution with multiple time-points during AP axis regeneration for planarian Dugesia japonica. 10-20 planarians were cut and separated into head, trunk, and tail, then mixed to extract total RNA, and then enriched mRNA by polyT for library construction. We conducted the m6A-REF-seq analysis with IVT library control in the six time-points samples (day 0 to day 10: D0, D1, D3, D5, D7 and D10) from head, trunk and tail, respectively
