Water salinity and pH effect on invasive quagga mussel survival, growth, and reproduction

This data contains the results of seminatural experiments under temperature and light-controlled conditions to investigate quagga mussel survival, growth, and reproduction in salinity (fresh to brackish) and pH (8.4-11) gradients. Mussels were collected from Lake Mead (AZ-NV, USA), and unadulterated Lake Mead water was used as a positive control. We also collected water from two locations at Pyramid Lake (NV, USA) (brackish) and one location at the Truckee River (NV, USA) (fresh).
