资源简介:
Transcription factors are key regulators of plant growth and immunity, modulating gene expression in response to developmental and pathogenic signals. In Arabidopsis, the transcription factor GT-2-LIKE 1 (GTL1) has been shown to regulate diverse biological processes such as cell growth and defense responses; however, the function of its rice ortholog, OsGTL1, remains unclear. Here, we performed transcriptome sequencing on 24-day-old shoots from wild-type Nipponbare (NPB) and the osgtl1 mutant, with or without rice stripe virus (RSV) infection. We identified numerous genes differentially expressed in response to OsGTL1 under both normal and RSV-infected conditions, indicating that OsGTL1 regulates gene expression involved in growth and defense responses in rice.
