The Effect of Key Substances in Chili Pepper Roots exduates on the Distribution of antagonistic bacteria in the rhizosphere

The rhizosphere microbiome affects plant nutrition and health, and its composition isaffected by many factors such as plant species, plant growth period, soil and waterenvironment, and there are large spatial differences in the rhizosphere. Previous studieshave shown that organic planting can affect rhizosphere microbial structure, inhibit pepperblight, and promote the secretion of seven root secretions of pepper. On this basis, theeffects of seven root exudates on the distribution of disease-inhibiting microorganisms inthe rhizosphere were studied.
