Raw sequence reads of three circRNA knock down cell lines from colorectal cancer

To assess the off-target of shRNA in the circRNA knockdown assay, we performed whole transcriptome sequencing on the knockdown library with two different shRNAs. The data contains 12 shRNA library(2 shRNA for each circRNA, 3 circRNAs for each cell line and there were 2 cell lines in total). The correlation between 2 shRNA for each circRNA was calculated.
