资源简介:
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the prophylactic therapeutic effect and the pathway of influence of feline milk-derived Schizococcus felineus (YH-15) on Escherichia coli- induced bacterial enteritis in mice, in order to determine the protective effect of YH-15 on the intestinal barrier. Methods Lactobacilli were isolated from cat milk to obtain cat milk-derived probiotic YH-15 for enumeration. E. coli ATCC25922 was used to establish a mouse enteritis model 50 Balb/c mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, which were the control group (CONTROL), the Escherichia coli group (E. coli), the YH-15 107+ E. coli prevention group, the YH-15 108+ E. coli prevention group and the YH-15 109+ E. coli prevention group, and pathological tissue observation was carried out using Hematoxylin-Eosin staining (HE staining) to analyze the jejunal structure, villus length, and crypt depth. Immunohistochemical(IHC) staining was performed to localize the NF-κB p65. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the expression level of pro-inflammatory factors (IL-6, IL-8, IL-1β, TNF-α) and anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 in serum, and inflammatory effects by inhibiting NF-κB nuclear translocation. Results Compared with the Control group, the E. coligroup showed a significant decrease in body weight
