Taxonomic annotation: GTDB + PhyloDB in protein space

Krona plots and accompanying .tsv files showing the community structure of marine water column samples. Analyses were performed with six-frame translated sequence data using short (Illumina) and long (PacBio) reads. Annotations were run with sourmash using the PhyloDB and GTDB databases. Files beginning with "ri" represent results from Illumina sequencing reads and files beginning with "r" represent results from PacBio long read sequences.
