Data for: Pore connectivity and image-based permeability at routine micro-CT resolution: glass-bead packs, reef limestones, coquinas and trachytes

Data of the article "Pore connectivity and image-based permeability at routine micro-CT resolution: glass-bead packs, reef limestones, coquinas and trachytes" (submitted to Transport in Porous Media): 64 grey-level micro-CT volumes of interest (3003 voxels) of 24 specimens (four glass-bead packs, three reef limestones and twelve coquinas of the Tambaba Formation, Paraíba Basin, and five trachytes of the Pernambuco Basin, NE Brazil), their ISO-50 segmentations, and every table, key number and figure of the article, as produced by the poreconn code. poreconn data v1.0.0 Extract the three archives into the folder of the poreconn code: the files land where config.yaml expects them (data/voi, outputs/...). voi-grey.zip data/voi/<sample>_v<k>_grey.tif: 64 grey-level volumes of interest (uint16, 300^3, axis order z, y, x; z = core axis) of 24 specimens, with <sample>_v<k>_meta.json recording the raw slices, crop box, binning, voxel size and outside-air grey value. segmented.zip outputs/segment/: ISO-50 pore phase (uint8, 1 = pore), segmentation parameters (air and solid grey values, thresholds) and grey-level histograms of every VOI. derived.zip every table (outputs/report/tables), key_numbers.json (each number quoted in the article), figures, per-stage results (including the sub-volume prediction, outputs/predict, the imaging diagnostics, outputs/imaging, and the porosity budget, outputs/budget), data/lab_porosity.csv, data/legacy_dissertation.csv. outputs/cache (median-filtered volumes) is not included: the code regenerates it.
