Here we performed re-sequencing of 51 diverse wheat lines using genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) and exome capture approaches. The capture assay targeted 321 Mb of genic regions in the wheat genome covering 72% of annotated exons in the wheat chromosome survey sequencing (CSS) contigs of the cultivar Chinese Spring.
