Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotic technologies are rapidly transforming the field of neurosurgery by enhancing diagnostic accuracy, surgical planning, and intraoperative precision. This paper explores the applications of AI in neurosurgery, including medical imaging analysis, early disease detection, and personalized treatment planning. It also examines the role of robotic systems such as the Da Vinci Surgical System, ROSA Brain Robot, and NeuroMate Robot in improving surgical outcomes through minimally invasive procedures and enhanced accuracy. Furthermore, the study discusses the benefits, challenges, and future developments of AI-driven technologies in neurosurgery. Despite certain limitations, including high costs and ethical concerns, AI and robotics are expected to play an increasingly important role in advancing neurosurgical practice and improving patient care.
