Provided are a fibre paper， a preparation thereof， a use thereof and an article comprising the fibre paper. The fibre paper comprises p-POD chopped fibre and a binder A， and optionally further comprises a binder B; wherein the binder A is a fibrid， and the binder B is a thermosetting resin fibre and/or thermoplastic resin fibre; and the p-POD chopped fibre has an initial decomposition temperature higher than 500°C. Alternatively， the fibre paper comprises a chopped fibre and m-POD fibrid. The method for preparing the fibre paper comprises steps of pulping， papermaking， hot rolling， calendering etc. In addition， a use of the fibre paper as an insulating material， etc.， is provided.
