Bulk RNA transcriptome sequencing of adipose stem cells from multiple white adipose tissue depots

We performed RNA sequencing on the sorted adipose stem cells (ASCs) from multiple white adipose tissue depots to analyze the differential expression and pathway enrichment analysis of adipose stem cells from different anatomical sites. We use flow cytometry to sort adipose-derived stem cells from Subcutaneous inguinal(SWAT), epididymal(EWAT), mesenteric(MWAT), and perirenal(NWAT) adipose tissue depots and then perform transcriptome sequencing for further analysis.
