This project aimed to characterize the environmental community structure in the tropical Indian and Pacific Oceans. The metabarcoding data of 18S V9 region were obtained from the filter samples (mesh size 0.22um and 3um) of seawater sampled from different water depth in this water area (0, 10, 100, 200, 400 m and SCM). The environmental community structure can be used as a food resource availability of the small mesozooplankton.
