Factors Influencing K–12 Teachers' Intention to Adopt AI Tools in Teaching

This dataset contains anonymized survey responses from 218 K–12 teachers in Taiwan, collected as part of a study investigating the behavioral and contextual factors influencing the adoption of AI tools in teaching. The study extended the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with two contextual constructs: AI Tool Competence (AITC) and School Support (SS).
