Transcriptomics of LoVo cells exposed to DCC-2036.

DCC-2036, an orally active third-generation TKI intended as a switch-control inhibitor of ABL1, has shown potential inhibitory action against glioblastoma, breast cancer, and other solid tumors. we studied differences of transcription dynamics of CRC after administration of DCC-2036. The analysis identified Dickkopf WNT Signaling Pathway Inhibitor 1(DKK1) as a key regulatory agent that facilitates the immunomodulation, involving transcription controls of SP1 whose expression was specifically interact with FGR.
