The thesis analyzes the specific features of management styles used in architectural management. In particular, it compares the effectiveness of traditional management styles in the field, taking into account the specifics of the psychology of creative individuals and architects. The importance of a supportive style in working with representatives of Generation Z, issues of maintaining a balance between creative freedom and discipline are highlighted.
