This dataset contains seasonal measurements of nitrogen and phosphorus species, chlorophyll-a, and physicochemical parameters collected at six stations (B1–B6) along the Rio de Contas estuary (Northeastern Brazil). Sampling was conducted during low tide across four campaigns between September 2022 and February 2024, covering two dry seasons and two wet seasons. The dataset supports analyses of seasonal variability and land–ocean nutrient fluxes in a tropical estuarine system.
