Transcriptomic Diversity of Innate Lymphoid Cells in Human Lymph nodes

Presence and functions of ILCs in the human draining lymph nodes (LN) are unknown. Here, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing to unravel the tissue-specific transcriptional profiles of ILCs compared them with that of bone marrow (BM) and spleen. Overall design: Single cells from Lymph nodes, Bone marrow, and Spleen were captured using Multi Tissue Dissociation kit. Then the total innate lymphocyte were isolated using Flourecense activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presense or acceptance of the CD7 marker.
