Whole Genome Sequencing and Assembly of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from Arunachal Pradesh (India).

In North eastern region of India, specifically in Arunachal Pradesh, there is a high prevalence of MDR-TB strains, urgent measures are required to understand the genetic features of circulating strains. Whole-genome sequencing data will provide insights related to the biology of such strains circulating in Arunachal Pradesh, India.
