Polygon features coded with comprehensive information related to both 3 inch aerial photography image frames collected by Kentucky's Aerial Photography and Elevation Data program (KYAPED). Aerial photography related to this data was captured in late winter and early spring as part of a collaborative effort among federal, state and local government agencies as well as educational entities in Kentucky.
