CM1 files for JGR-Atmospheres Paper Examining Stratosphere-Troposphere Exchange in Tropical Cyclones using Idealized Simulations

Initial conditions to run the CM1 model simulation used in the JGR-Atmospheres Paper Examining Stratosphere-Troposphere Exchange in Tropical Cyclones using Idealized Simulations. The namelist.input file contains the initial conditions used to run the simulations, and the input sounding file is the initial soundings used to run the CM1 model (which is based on the moist tropical sounding from Dunion, 2011). The init3D.F file includes the tracer package and the solve3.F includes modifications made to the model solver to incorporate the convective tracer that is re-initialized at each time step.
