Inserción de la judicialización en el ciclo de políticas públicas

This article aims to understand the relationship of judicialization with the procedural model of public policy, also called public policy cycle, through a theoretical approach between these two fields of analysis. In order to do it, the paper starts outlining the discussions about the phenomenon of judicialization, continues setting the theoretical foundations about public policies, taking as a reference the procedural model for, at the end, reformulate the model mentioned, inserting the judicialization in the public policy cycle. In conclusion, it was realized that the phenomenon of judicialization, besides being close to the procedural model, can also influence the public policy cycle, giving new meaning to that model, what will allow new researches on both fields of analysis from the judicialized public policy cycle.
