By systematically counting the daily newly added purchase data of floral pattern materials, which covers core indicators including recency R (in days), purchase frequency F (number of orders), and total purchase amount M (in Yuan), this work constructs a customer RFM model to evaluate customer value, realize tiered customer management, formulate differentiated marketing and service strategies, optimize resource allocation, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and maximize customer value. Furthermore, this model can provide data support for personalized services of customers with different value types for enterprises with highly overlapping local customer groups, helping enterprises optimize marketing resource allocation, improve marketing efficiency and return on investment. Through data-driven refined operations, three-dimensional improvements of "user value - enterprise revenue - ecological value" can be achieved. The algorithm rules for customer value analysis of purchasers of floral pattern data materials in Sichuan region include the following aspects: 1. Data collection: Obtain order information of all users on the website through the website backend management system. 2. Data processing: Process the collected raw data by removing duplicates and discontinued products on the original website, then extract and aggregate the sales data of Sichuan region for subsequent analysis and application. 3. Then, grade the calculated total RFM score according to the scoring standard formulated by the platform to obtain the customer tier (A/B/C/D).
