Based on the content of the article, the structure of the data underpinning the analysis and the article can be organised as follows: 1. Demographics of study participants Age of study participants: Mean age, age range (19-71 years), standard deviation. Number of participants: 83 participants. Professional profile: Trainers and potential educators of older adults. Level of motivation and experience: Interest in digital inclusion of older adults and proficiency in using e-learning platforms. 2. Research questions and categories of analysis Research questions: Which life needs of older adults are prioritised in the context of digitalisation? How are specific life needs linked to digital devices and software? Which software and websites are most important for the digital inclusion of older adults? Areas of life analysed in the study: Daily tasks. Finances. Education. Work and professional development. Social relationships. Health. Entertainment and hobbies. Civic engagement. Religion. 3. data based on the digital competences framework Theoretical source: the digital competence model developed by Jasiewicz et al. (2016). Links between digital competences and life needs: Examples of needs (e.g. ‘finding a job’) and assigned functional competences (e.g. using job portals, creating a CV). Examples of digital tools: List of recommended apps, websites and devices adapted to older adults. 4. Research methodology Study design: Qualitative analysis based on e-learning course data. Tools: E-learning platforms (Open UJ, KIRE), MS Forms, MAXQDA Analytics Pro analysis software. Data collection: Open participant responses on key areas of digital competence. Data analysis: Selective coding: Initial categories of activities and life needs. Axial coding: Organising categories and identifying relationships between them. Triangulation of researchers to ensure data reliability.
