Predictors and benefits of microhabitat selection for offspring deposition in golden rocket frogs

The first file, "Deposition Site Data.csv", contains data associated with abiotic and biotic factors quantified for oviposition sites and tadpole rearing sites used (i) to generate a priori logistic regression models for model comparison using Akaike's Information Criterion presented in the main text and (ii) for univariate analyses presented in Supporting Information of the referenced publication. The second file, "Clutch Success Data.csv", contains data associated with abiotic and biotic factors quantified for phytotelmata sites with successful clutches and phytotelmata sites with unsuccessful clutches used (i) to generate a priori logistic regression models for model comparison using Akaike's Information Criterion presented in the main text and (ii) for univariate analyses presented in Supporting Information of the referenced publication.
