TIMBER FORM PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timber form panel capable of shortening a construction time by replacing with a deck plate. SOLUTION: A timber form panel 10 comprises: a base layer 1 having a plurality of square materials or timbers 11 of rectangle or the like which have the same thickness and are arranged so as to be adjacent to one another in a width direction; and a first outer coat layer 2 which is so arranged as to coat a first surface of the base layer 1 and has a first woody plate material 12 fixed to the plurality of square materials or the timbers 11 of rectangle or the like.
