To understand the fibrotic response in the CCl4 induced liver fibrosis model, we performed RNA-seq of liver samples from mice treated with oil or CCl4. Overall design: Mice received intraperitoneal injection of either oil or CCl4 3 times per week for 6 weeks. The whole liver RNA was harvested via RNeasy kit (Qiagen). There were two groups, receiving either oil injection (n=6) or CCl4 injection (n=6).
