By the use of WGS and core genome MLST (cgMLST) we describe the transmission of two unique MRSA clones among homeless people in Copenhagen. In 2014, an accumulation of MRSA cases among homeless people admitted to our hospital with bacteremia was recognized. All had the same MRSA type, spa t5147/ST88. We found that most were iv drug abusers.
