Christin_454contigs

The file "Christin_454contigs.txt" contains the contigs assembled from 454 sequencing reads that were used in phylogenomic analyses. The contigs are in fasta format. The contigs whose identifier starts with "p12" were assembled for 454 sequencing of leaf RNA isolated in the dark and light phases of the circadian cycle from Alloteropsis semialata subsp. eckloniana (C3 sample #5). The contigs whose identifier starts with "p34" were assembled for 454 sequencing of leaf RNA isolated in the light phase of the circadian cycle from Alloteropsis semialata subsp. semialata (C4 sample #6). These data were produced at the University of Liverpool by Dr Susanna F. Boxanna and assembled by Dr Richard Gregory ([e-mail]), under the supervision of Dr James Hartwell ([e-mail]).
