The Protist 10,000 Genomes (P10K) Project. Arcellinida sp.1 P10K

The Protist 10,000 Genomes (P10K) Project aims to decipher genome sequences and build a comprehensive database resource of approximately 10,000 species of protists, including representatives of every major clade. The P10K Project will enable us to complete the protist tree of life at genome-level resolution, and lead to better understanding of the mechanisms responsible for the origin/evolution of biodiversity, multicellular organisms and sexual reproduction, adaptation to extreme environments, and symbiotic relationships.
