资源简介:
R code and data files to recreate all analyses in the paper, as well as Supplementary Figures 1 - 8 (file Jardine_GenomeSize_suppFigs.pdf), and Supplementary Tables 1 - 9 (file Jardine_GenomeSize_suppTables.xlsx).Data files comprise:Pollen and stomatal guard cell length data from plants sampled from the University of Münster Botanical Garden (MBG), plus associated genome size information.Pore length data for MBG plants with sunken stomata, and guard cell length and pore length data for calibration taxa (used to estimate guard cell length for sunken stomata taxa).Guard cell length and genome size data from Lomax et al. (2014) New Phytologist, for independent validation of the genome size-guard cell length relationship.Literature compilations of fern spore size, Pinaceae pollen size, and Poaceae pollen size, plus associated genome size information. To run the R code, put all files into one folder, and set this as the working directory in the R session.
