The IAM Sequencing Atlas: 57 healthy human cell types at every CpG, counted from whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (development)
收藏资源简介:
The reference that IAM's sequencing instruments read against. For each of 57 healthy human cell types, at every one of the 28,217,448 CpGs of the hg19 numbering: the donors and reads, the methylated reads, the healthy level, the spread between donors, and two noise maps (sealed donor halves, and random halves of every donor's reads). Measured, not fitted: every value is counted from healthy donors' public reads by the chain's one command (run_sample.py --build seq-atlas), and the whole atlas rebuilds from the public files. Why it can be a ruler: a methyl mark is a record a cell keeps against heat, at a price Landauer's bound sets, so the reading scale's ends come from physics. The atlas measures where healthy cells of each kind sit between them. Read against it, every healthy sequenced input reads Normal on every reading, 140 of 140. Contents: the 113 merged 57-cell pieces (250,000 CpGs each), the runtime tables the chain reads, the input list, and a SHA-256 manifest. Code and every record: https://github.com/hmahaffeyges/IAM-Validation. In development: each cell is commissioned when healthy samples from laboratories the atlas has never held read Normal against it.
