66 chromosome-level haplotypes were formed into a pangenome graph with pggb. Ten were produced by us from ONT r9.4.1 readsets: two trio-binning and 8 by a novel Hi-C phasing pipeline. The remaining 56 were HiFi haplotypes from the Salk Cannabis Pangenome project, selected to represent the diversity of hemp, high-cannabinoid hemp, and marijuana.
