Description of the Data Files Deposited in Zenodo The dataset comprises numerical outputs derived from image analysis performed on placental tissue sections. The original images were acquired using the TissueFAXS fluorescence imaging platform (TissueGnostics GmbH, Vienna, Austria). These images were subsequently processed and analyzed using StrataQuest software (version 7.1.1.138, TissueGnostics GmbH). The processed datasets correspond to quantitative measurements aggregated by cell type. The files contain tabulated data rather than raw image files. Specifically, the datasets include numeric parameters related to cell counts, fluorescence intensity, nuclear segmentation metrics, and marker expression profiles for the following cell populations: Syncytiotrophoblasts (ST) Cytotrophoblasts (CT) Endothelial Cells (EC) Each file is labeled by cell type and experimental condition to facilitate reproducibility and secondary analysis.
