This study is designed to decipher the early transcriptomic events upon BMI1 inhibition in the GBM. Overall design: GBM cell lines derived from patients were treated 24h with two BMI1 inhibitors called PTC596 and A1016. DMSO was ued as control. Alternatively BMI1 was knocked out by CRISPR/Cas9 in the same GBM cell line.
