In this study, BG2 is the wild type Candida glabrata strain. Approximately 1 million cells of BG2 were spread on YPD plate supplemented with 4 ug/ml and 5 ug/ml amphotericin B, respectively. Randomly 18 and 6 adaptors were chosen from 4ug/ml (TJ2873-TJ2890) and 5ug/ml (TJ2891-TJ2896) drug plate, respectively.These adaptors were sequenced.
